What should I do as I got only one college in UPTU counselling but I am eligible for most of the colleges affiliated to UPTU?

In that case you have to give up your current seat, and then wait for the spot round of the counselling and then apply for the best college in your view. -
This is right as you get only one college doesn't matter your rank are under the limit of many college. As you are one so at counseling you can get only one college seat if they give you more than one college then many seats are left vacant.
So I think the last round of counseling is on 24th.
