    I think the combo of MBA+CS will be very rewarding. As you know that CS will give to expertise in company laws and likes. And, an MBA will prepare you better for managing key managerial posts.It is always better to go with all guns blazing. All the best.

    Company secretary is a very lucrative and with the implementation of Companies Act, 2013 the scope has widened for a company secretary as a professional.
    A company secretary can be in practice, or in employment be appointed as a key managerial person. A company secretary is also called as compliance managers as they are the ones with an overall and all round knowledge of various laws applicable in the industries.
    These are the broad aspects.

    Nothing will be compatible, if you pursue both simultaneously. You will learn both company laws and managements skills which will open up your opportunity areas much broader. Good luck.
