What should I do for better career prospects?

I got 79% overall and 83% (best 4) in CBSE 2015. Wanted to do B Tech. and thus did not filled DU form. I only coached for 2 months for JEE and got 83 in mains 2015. Enrolled in IP university. Now parents denying of B tech, says cant spend 1.5 lac p.a. Enrolled for NDA exams .
