What should I do to get start as many company requires 1st class throughout academic and specialisation like MBA and CFA?

I want to make my career in finance. I have completed my B.Com in 2012 and now waiting for my M.Com 2nd year results. I scored 55.60% in 10th standard, 50% in HSC and 60% in TY B.Com. I am fresher.

    Sonali, after completing M.Com I would suggest that you prepare and give Banking exams for Probationary Officers position. Alternatively you try to gain some experience in the Accounts department of a Private sector business house. You will then learn the finer points of your field and can grow in your career sooner.
