    Typically, you require knowledge in Nuke and/ or Fusion to do well in this field. However, it is required that you must already be knowing graphic design (photoshop and design concepts), audio/ video editing (premiere/ after effects) and also a good 3D software (max or maya) before you want to go deeper into VFX. Wish you the best for your career. Remember, your Career is a resultant of your knowledge combined with your passion and expression ability. Hi,
    -> Always remember, while selecting an institute, you need to check the chief point that is recognition. You also need to check whether the institute has it's own publication house and connoisseur faculty. Along with this, you may check other factors such as batch size, syllabus, fees, placements etc.
    -> To help you, below are the institute details, as per the official website :
    Amity University :
    * Placement Services :
    The institution has an exclusive placement cell which place all the students according to their strengths in various companies, at the end of the career course.
    As the academy is in existence since 1996, it has lot
    ...more

    Softwares related to VFX course are: Autodesk Maya, Adobe After Effects, Foundry Nuke, EyeOn Fusion, etc.
    VFX has a wide scope then any animation designer. I would consider Bangalore's Animaster Academy for B.Sc degree in Visual Effects.
