Here are some criteria you should consider while shortlisting a job offer -
    1. Position/Job title - It is really important because this job title will decide your job opportunities in the future when you want to shift to other company.
    2. CTC - Of course it is important. You have many expenses and a family to take care of. So you need a good package.
    3. Earnings per hour - Two companies may be offering the same package but in the 1st company you have to work for 8 hours daily and in 2nd company, you have to work 12 hours daily. So, of course, you should choose 1st one as it gives more earnings per hour.

You should read the roles and responsibilities and whether they are in sync with your interest area. Secondary things you should analyse are the brand equity, work culture, work-life balance, workplace environment, remuneration and incentives, scope of growth, future prospects, your personal opinion, reviews from people etc. I have created four situations hereunder which I feel students face while accepting the job offer.
Situation-1: The offer is in sync with your UG studies and

    Hi,
When you have more than one offer then the first thing you should judge the role and position you have been offered which is relating to your interest and passion and whether this job profile will take you to future to achieve your goals. I know several people who took the offer in first place and after many years they realised the particular role and job profile doesn't suit for them and it's already late.
It's a wise advise you if get an offer with a very lucrative package but if the role doesn't suit you then you have full freedom to go for other choices. The right role/profile will help to bring good package, better company, and
