The forms aren't out yet. Keep tracking DTE website. Cutoffs for all national exams are in the range of 99.9x percentile. While for cet it is 99.xx -
Notification for admission to SIMSREE through CET entrance test is expected to be circulated by mid February, 2016. Tentative dates for CET entrance test are declared as 12th and 13th March, 2016 on DTE website.
Cutoff for admission to SIMSREE for All India Seats is 99.9X percentile. Please mention any specific seats cutoff you want to inquire about(cutoff for Maharashtra state seats and all india seats differ slightly).
