    Hello,
To apply for CAT exam, you must have Bachelor's degree with at least 50 percent marks or equivalent CGPA (45 per cent in case of the candidates belonging to scheduled caste, scheduled tribe and people with disability/differently abled category) awarded by any of the universities.
Candidates who meet the degree requirements or are waiting for results can also apply for the exam.

Sorry to say you cannot apply for the exam. First, complete your graduation.
I hope it will help you.
    Best of Luck :)
