When can I apply to this college for MBA? Are the application form dates announced yet? I wrote CAT'16 but seeking admission for 2017 batch.

No the dates are yet to be announced. Once CAT result is out then VGSOM forms will be out -
Hi, The dates are over to apply as per this official notification for batch 2016-2018 here http://www.som.iitkgp.ernet.in/home/announcementdetails/483
So even if you have given CAT exam in 2016 the application date to apply in this college is over. The notification of this college comes out in May month.
