On February 5, 2024, the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) will administer the NIFT 2024 exam. The time to apply for NIFT is now open. Events and date linked to the exam are noted below

The written tests for the NIFT 2024 exam was held on February 5, 2024. The written tests comprised a General Ability Test (GAT) and a Creative Ability Test (CAT). GAT is mandatory for all candidates, but CAT is only required for B. Des and M. Des candidates.
The GAT test will be considered in a computer-based mode, whereas the CAT will be offline based. Note that scores of the written exams will be used to shortlist candidates for a Situation Test/ Personal Interview.

Candidate must check all the details carefully after downloading the NIFT admit card 2026. This includes checking the spelling of your name, date and timings of the exam, name and address of the allotted exam centre, etc. In case there are any discrepancies, like your name's spelling is wrong , you must contact exam officials immediately.

- If admit card is released, then admit card download link will be displayed
- Click on the admit card download link
- You will be redirected to a log-in window
- Enter application number and date of birth
- On log-in, you can view and download the NIFT admit card
- Download and take a printout of the admit card.
