When will GATE 2025 counselling start?

The GATE 2025 counselling will start after the declaration of the GATE results, in the third week of March 2025. Candidates who have qualified the GATE exam are eligible for the counselling. There are two modes of counselling - CCMT and COAP. Candidates who are seeking admission at IITs must register at COAP portal for counselling. On the other hand, candidates who are seeking admission to NITs and IIITs need to participate in CCMT counselling.
