In India, iit and nit institutions are very good for engineering. Also USA institutions have more value. So I advice you to do engineering from USA. Best of luck for your future. .

It depends on your interest and affordability for engineering. If you can afford education expenses in USA, you can also take education loan. But, if you want to do it in India, then you can do in from IIT.

In India IITs, IISC and few NITs are known for engineering. You can go for engineering from abroad.
Benefits of graduation from abroad: You will have numerous stream options, you will get good exposure to research and development, mode of study will be more practical and analytical knowledge based.
Whereas, in India few IITs and NITs are known for providing quality engineering knowledge. Method of study is still online with current technology and industry standards. So, in my view if you pursue engineering from abroad, it is a better option.

Engineering can be done from both, India or USA, but job must be done in India, otherwise it will be a waste of talent, if your nation will not be served by you.
