Hello Sugam,
Actually, there is no comparison possible between RIIM and AIIMS. Riim is the best place for pursuing MBA. In Pune this is the most efficient institute which provides you both the theory and industrial knowledge for MBA programme. Also you have to know the more detailing about all the chapters in your curriculum. In case of placements this institute have the highest track records from previous years. You should go for RIIM. As far as I know, RIIM, is best in faculty, placements, and study experience because many of my friends have done their MBA/PGDM from RIIM.

RIIM is the best college in Pune, affiliated from Pune university and approved from AICTE, with a great placement record. The fee for the courses is affordable. Whereas other colleges are having more fee structure and they offer the same average package to the students. The best part is the MDP programme that is really best for overall development and confidence building of students. This is the unique factor RIIM is offering at an affordable fee structure. Almost all the reputed companies visit RIIM Pune for recruitment so basically there is no as such difference between various other good colleges and RIIM Pune.
