As a beginner you must start researching on university websites, check the entry requirements (minimum percentage required in 12th, SAT or ACT requirements, TOEFL or IELTS requirements etc.). Note that even these exam requirements vary from country to country. SAT is typically required in US. If you are applying to Australia or UK, SAT or ACT is not required. Admissions are competitive but there is nothing to be scared of. You must first decide where to study and then apply accordingly.
