Which are the best colleges under Anna University in Chennai and Kanchipuram with the cut-off marks of 126? I belong to BC category.
I am not a CBSE student and I studied from State Board.

HI,
For a BC category student, the cut off marks of 126 is really low to get a college or a decent one too. So you better try it in the counselling.
So it is better to try for arts and science courses.
If you want to do engineering just to have a degree then you can do as you may not get any good college.
