Which are the best courses and colleges for M.Tech civil engineering in structural engineering or construction management?

My score is around 1525 in PGCET. I belong to OBC 2AG category. Which institute is better among RV and MSRIT?

    Both colleges have M.Tech Structural Engineering. The NIRF ranking of RVCE is 96 while 78 is for MSRIT. So MSRIT can be the good option here.
