There are a lot of jobs. Research scholar cum faculty is one of the best job for a person not much interested in engineering but choices do differ. even the Indian Defence takes in a good lot of PCM students not as an engineer. A statistics expert, data analyst, material scientist, physicist are high end jobs today.
