The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is a 3-year Bachelor's degree in commerce and business administration. Syllabus of BBA degree programme usually includes general courses in all functional aspects of business and electives courses for specific specialisation such as finance, marketing, HR, IT etc. BBA is a job-oriented programme which prepares you for supervisory roles in various kind of industries. Most of BAA get a job in either retail or BFSI companies. With 4 to 6 years experience, you can grow into the managerial role. If you want to start your career as a Manager then you may have to do MBA after BBA.
