Which certificate is valid in JAC Delhi: OBC-NCL(central) certificate issued by Govt. of NCT of Delhi or Delhi(State) OBC certificate?

Please help me. I have also done my schooling from Delhi.

    Both the certificates are valid.
    Usually, the JAC committee accepts any of the certificate produced by the students.
