I can not comment on which coaching is the best for preparation of CAT. I would advise you to try whichever is convenient to you. CAT is not a test of knowledge rather it is a test of speed and accuracy. Hence more you practice better it will be. Try to solve all kinds of problems. By the time you take CAT, try to complete 15-20 full length tests. If you devote 2-3 hours daily regularly, then you should be fine.
