list is ranking wise 1. iit bombay 2.iit Delhi 3.iit kharagpur 4.iit kanpur 5.iit madras 6.nit warangal 7.nit trichy these are national colleges not private

Apart from IIT, these are the best colleges for computer science engineering. UPES, Dehradun Chadalawada Ramanamma Engineering College, Tirupati Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College, Coimbatore Mahendra Engineering College, Namakkal Harcourt Butler Technological Institute (HBTI), Kanpur ITM Group of Institutions, Gwalior Institute of Technical Education & Research(ITER), Bhubaneswar Accurate Institute of Management & Technology, Greater Noida Rungta College of Engineering & Technology, Bhilai Bharati Vidhyapeeth Deemed University, Pune etc.

IIT, Bombay is the best for computer science and last year Google hired a candidate from there and offered 2.1 crore package.
