Bits pilani for cs -
go for VIT if you are not qualify for IIT or NIT -
iits,nit suratkal,bits pilani,vit,etc -
You can apply for Dayalbagh Educational Institute, Agra. -
There are many government colleges. But in private colleges, I would suggest you to join University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES) - Dehradun, which offers B.Tech CS in association with IBM.

IIT Delhi is best -
If you're talking about the "best" then it's undeniable that MIT has one of the leading CS programmes in the world. -
iit nit vnit are the option for CS. Ramdeobaba college of Nagpur is also a good option for cs. -
IITs, NITs, BITS Pilani and some private and government colleges would be better for CSE. -
No doubt there is no comparison of IIT,NIT,IIIT but except these there are some more college like DTU-Delhi,SRM,VIT etc. which are best for cse
