Dear Ruchi, Chitkara University, Chandigarh University, LPU, and Amity University are well-known private universities in India and doing well. Being alumni of LPU, I would like to share the details of aerospace engineering at LPU with you. Recently, LPUs Aerospace engineering students as have got featured in The Telegraph, Kolkata's largest mainline news publication. The coverage highlights the achievement of Gopalchetty Brahma, Vinay Kumar Reddy Andluri, and Sathwik Bikumalla from LPU, who won gold at the International Astronomy and Astrophysics Competition (IAAC), 2021. IAAC is one of the world's largest astronomy competitions. Aerospace is a niche area, the skills required in the industry are beyond the course curriculum of most of the universities. LPU has recognized this and developed the curriculum in consultation with the industry. It has even set up a center for space research with a mission control facility.
