SRM University ranks among the top 11 universities in the private sectors while Manipal University is off the charts now.
CSE at SRM is accredited by IBM for Noida campus and ABET, IEEE for Chennai campus.
Both the campuses are at par when it comes to infrastructure and facilities, only that SRM makes you pay a lesser amount of money compared to MIT.
Placement at SRM is where MIT fails to impress. SRM has the highest placement of 32 lakhs in the year 2012, while 25 still being the highest for Manipal University.
One place where Manipal excels SRM is the hostel facility provided by them, being far better compared to what SRM gives at a

Manipal Institute of Technology is far better than SRM in all aspects. SRM has copied several things from Manipal Institute of Technology like Semester Abroad programme and so on. Quality of students of MIT Manipal is also much better than SRM University. Here admission is totally based on merit no matter who you are. But in SRM University there are several management quotas available to get admission. Getting into the Manipal Institute of Technology is difficult than SRM University. Also, MIT has top class alumni from India like Satya Nadella and Rajiv Suri CEOs of Microsoft and Nokia respectively. Manipal Institute of Technology is r

LPU receives the highest NAAC grade i.e. A+ with 3.68 crore on 4 point scale as per the Ministry of Education. As per the NIRF rankings LPU ranks 27th amongst all the government and private universities of India and 50th in engineering

In my option LPU as it’s always been know for its placements and especially for CSE. every year thousands of students apply for admission to LPU. just because of LPU worthiness and credibility. most importantly the resources LPU provides are the best. they provide special placements classes to students and regularly test are taken for best results in placements. there are soft skills and analytical

Go for Manipal University (main campus).
MIT Manipal is known for its quality education. It has excellent infrastructure and faculties too.
It is in top 50 ranks by National Institution ranking framework among the Indian Engineering colleges.
Manipal has better placements for the CSE department and almost 92 percent overall placements.
Manipal has gained the respect of students through its performance throughout the years.
