    Both the colleges are good. RIIM is offering international level one month residential program. So, I would suggest you to go for RIIM.

    RIIM Pune is the best option to go with as they offer international exposure. PGDM campus is Pune's first corporate style B-School. It is one of the best PGDM colleges in the City. The best thing about this institute is its return on investment placements. About 90% of the students get placed, companies which visits here gives the highest salary package of 14 Lacs per annum, the lowest salary package offered is 600000 per annum. Internships are given too. The placement team is very hardworking.     IIBS offers good placement opportunities and internship fairs for students. It has its placement cell. Approximately 95% of the students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 22 LPA, the average salary package offered is 88 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 5 LPA. The top recruiting companies of our college are Thomson recruiter, Berger Paints, Reliance Capital, Amazon, etc. The top roles offered to the students are financial analyst and associate analyst in the finance specialization.

    You must be aware that Pune is known as an educational hub and Oxford of East as well, as it is the academic center. Mostly Pune is chosen as the destination for MBA/PGDM. Being an Alumnus of RIIM Pune I can say that RIIM is the best option for PGDM. As the PGDM campus of RIIM is the first corporate style B-school in Pune, the moment you enter the campus you'll feel like you are entering a corporate hub. Most of the students go for the PGDM programme as it provides practical exposure and good placement opportunities. The syllabus covers more practical knowledge along with theoretical knowledge.     I will definitely suggest RIIM as they are really doing their best in this field. And I can say this with utmost belief that RIIM is best in comparison with other colleges. RIIM is Pune's 1st Corporate Style B-School doing good in areas like ROI, Placement, and Course Curriculum. No doubt that all these Institutions are doing great in their respective fields.     IIBS is the best college for PGDM. Teaching staff are available for the students whenever needed. They are highly qualified and knowledgeable as well as experienced professionals. The curriculum provided by the University as well as the college faculty goes completely in relevance with the market and industry structure. As part of the course, practical knowledge is imparted by conducting activities and international guest lectures and so many programs to motivate the students.     RIIM Pune is the best option in comparison with any other institution for PGDM programme. Nowadays, every student wants to go for PGDM programme as PGDM is basically practical oriented course. RIIM is Pune's 1st corporate style B-School, designed the course structure in such a way that includes most of the practical exposure programme.
