IIBS college has its placement cell. Approximately 95% of the students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 22 LPA, the average salary package offered is 8 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 5 LPA. The top recruiting companies of our college are Thomson recruiter, Berger Paints, Reliance Capital, Amazon, etc. The principal roles offered to the students are financial analyst and associate analyst in the finance specialisation. I chose MBA because it enhances my skills. It also develops advanced and flexible management skills. The teachers are experts in communication skills and have superior knowledge in marketing, finance, etc. They create a strong bond with students. Every year our syllabus should be updated with recent developments in the field. And it makes the students bright and achieves their goals easily and ready for their job. The placement percentage is amazing because everyone got placed in reputed companies.

The infrastructure of IIBS college is excellent and advanced. Classrooms are airy and spacious with projectors. The whole campus is Wi-Fi enabled with good internet speed, and labs are also well-maintained. There is a huge library with numerous books related to the management field. The college also provides separate hostels for boys and girls. Hostels are clean, and the food provided by the canteen is clean and hygienic. For any emergency, medical facilities are also available. There is a huge playground with all equipment related to sports and games. Every year our college organises two fests, and this is the most awaiting time for every student because it changes the campus environment with a lot of joy and recreation. Many cultural programs and sports league like football, cricket, etc. , are organised. The famous drama is played by our batch. Apart from that, our college also gives scholarships to students from the government.

The teachers in IIBS are well-qualified and are Ph.D. holders. They have many years of experience. They have supreme knowledge in their field. They provide quality education to the students. They are supportive and provide all the necessary facilities. Their lectures are effective and easily understandable. The course is relevant and makes the students industry-ready.
