According to me Thapar University is the best in term of placement. It has excellent placements. Last year the student who have got the highest Package of 43 Lacs, 8.5K+ students was place in top companies and 300+ Scholarships are provided to the student of Thapar Institute.

Hands down, BITS-Pilani campus is the best college among the two. The main catch here in this college is the level of toughness of the entrance exam which is independent of all the other exams. You really need to work hard to get into this college campus. And once you've done it. You'll see a lot of talented students there.

BITS, Pilani is far better than Thapar University. Ranking of BITS, Pilani is much better than Thapar University. BITS, Pilani is even better than many NITs.

BITS is ranked above Thapar University in all the surveys, as a matter of fact the best among private institutions. Also, admission process is not easy in BITS, thus having a better talent pool and placements. I'd suggest you to go with BITS, Pilani.

No doubt, BITS Pilani, if you get admission in BITS Pilani, you won't regret not getting IITs.

BITS Pilani or Goa, both are of good choice and are far better than Thapar University.
