For candidates to acquire the art of designing, planning, and building physical structures of various types, the course combines theoretical and practical expertise. Hi, B.Arch at LPU is a good choice based on my own personal experience. The faculty is very experienced and highly educated. In the programme, innovative teaching practices are adopted. One such practice is called Experiential learning week which is organized every semester in which students are taken to nearby historic and construction sites and are given live case studies to do. In design studios, the professors encourage students to take challenging and practical design problems. There is a rich culture of internships for final year students who go for very challenging and top placements nationally as well as internationally through

Dear, In my opinion LPU is best among the mentioned college. LPU School of Architecture and Design is among Punjab's best colleges and ranked among top ten promising architecture institutes of India by Higher Education Review.

LPU trains its students to become lateral thinkers by focusing on the critical design approach. With exposure to an international environment, access to the latest tools, software and technology, students become architects that create buildings and infrastructure that are globally acknowledged. Hello there,

If you're stuck between LPU and Amity University for B.Arch, I'd definitely lean toward LPU because of how much emphasis it places on practical design exposure, live projects, and technical skills that are super important in architecture. What stands out to me about LPU is the way the course blends creativity with modern software training—students regularly work on actual site planning, model-making, and even competitions that help build a solid portfolio. The architecture department also has experienced faculty, many of whom are practicing architects, so the guidance you get is very relevant to what's happening in the i

Hi there,

Yes, LPU conducted LPUNEST entrance test for its various programmes. However, it depends upon in which stream you want to take admission. For many UG/PG programmes such as btech, B.Sc agriculture, law, management etc. test is mandatory for both admission and scholarship purpose. For some other courses such as computer application, BBA, hotel management, Bsc IT,   commerce,   arts etc. test is only for scholarship purpose .

I hope this helps,

Thank you.
