Which college should i choose for doing my bachelor in engg in branch of mech plzz suggest the fee should be affordable up to 2 lakh. plzzzz

As i have completed my diploma in mech engg in diploma my percentage is about 70% i need a college which gives good education and also a good placement opportunity i want to complete my B.E. in mech engg. the fees should be affordable up to 1.5 lk and should fall in maharashtra region plzz help me.
