Which colleges provide a lateral entry in MCA in India? And, what all colleges require an entrance exam for the same?

I am pursuing the final semester of B.Sc in CSE (H) & secured 85% in X in 2012, 55% in XII in 2014 and after 1-year gap, I joined B.Sc in 2015 in CS (H). I secured an aggregate of 75% till my 4th sem.
