Which colleges should I get on the basis of these marks? I got 81 marks in NATA, 145 marks in JEE and 76% in 12th CBSE board.

Check out here, you could also try for NITs based on your performance in JEE as marks of board would have less effect.

Unfortunately you can't get any good government college. You may apply to private colleges for pursuing B.Arch. you don't have sufficient scores. -
