BBA graduates have the opportunity to do MBA but even B.Com graduates have that opportunity. But BBA deals with almost the same topics as MBA whereas B.Com is a more finance centric course. At the beginning BBA graduates tend to earn more salary than B.Com graduates. The starting salary for BBA is 4,00,000 and for B.Com is 2,00,000.

The integrated BBA MBA course equips the candidates with the skills and knowledge required for becoming skilled leaders. Upon completion of this programme, the candidates will be able to find lucrative managerial jobs in market leading companies. Besides, this course will inculcate entrepreneurial skills in candidates. Pursuing this course will ensure a structured learning and avoid repetition of concepts. This also saves students from the tedious admission process for MBA after graduation. BBA is a professional degree whereas bcom is only a degree course. In todays market of demand for skilled worker, a bachelor degree is nothing more than a degree where u wl end up in a low scale job and frustration. Either be it bba-mba or bcom-mba it is very much important to do a mba/pgdm from a reputed college clearing entrances like mat/cat/xat and thereafter college"s own gd/wat/ca/pi whatever may be. The salary solely depends on your potentiality, academic record, reputation of college, size of company and some other traits. The main thing is u should look after your own effort, get a good college and score well. Managerial quali

It is quite obvious BBA with MBA is a better combination. As far as average salary is concerned it always depends on your negotiations with the company during the campus.
