    Dear Shaurya,
Salary does not define on the basis of degrees. It totally depends on which college are you from, what skill do you do have, how mature are you, etc. But keep in mind, MBA is the higher version of BBA if you really want to do MBA programme then BBA should be your choice. For you, after completion of your BBA gain some good work experience (like 3 to 5 years) before planning to go for MBA.

If you are sure that you want to do MBA after B.Com or BBA, both are good courses but if you're asking about salaries BBM is better choice because after you complete your BBA or BBM you can get job opportunities and you can complete your MBA by doing your job. I recommend it's a better choice.

In B.Com you will get to have computer skills instead of technical skills. B.Com is a combination of both technical and functional skills while BBA includes only functional skills.

Degree doesn't matter. The only thing that matters is where you got the degree from? And, if you get your MBA degree from very good college, then B.Com and BBA will not matter.

    Hello Shaurya
Generally, package varies from 2-5 Lacs. BBA-MBA/B.Com-MBA will have higher salary offers. This depends on the stream an individual pursues. Marketing has more variable pays and generally starts from 6-7 Lacs and grows to 14-15 Lacs in 3-4 years time. Finance students also have initial packages from 7-8 Lacs, HR varies from 5-8 Lacs. These values much depend on colleges and organizations coming to campus for recruitment. All the best.

Both are good courses when combined with MBA. After MBA, good packages are offered in both the courses.

BBA is better for high salary, as it is a professionalised course where you would get to acquire the knowledge of corporate sector during three years of your study, which make you more focused on the area where one can make their future. IPS business school Jaipur is working in the same direction that is they are imparting classroom session along with the OJT which helps students acquiring the requisite knowledge of corporate world. Here BBA MBA students are placed on very good packages ranging between 6- 10 Lacs per annum in some of the reputed companies like HDFC amc, AU bank, Hinduja, HDFC.

Both are the same but only if you are doing B.Com from a well-reputed college. Otherwise, do BBA and then MBA.
