    Hi Surbhi,
Both the fields are incomparable. The study of mass communication is often associated with the practical applications of journalism (Print media), television and radio broadcasting, film, public relations, or advertising. On the other hand, fashion design is the applied art dedicated to clothing and lifestyle accessories created within the cultural and social influences of a specific time. The scope of both these courses are equally good.
    All the best.

One thing common in these courses is passion and art. Both have good scope in future and many job opportunities. Many IT companies are looking for designers and paying higher than any other engineers.

To make it simple for you. There is a lot of scope in both the fields, if you think practically.
News and clothes are 2 things which everyone will need every bow and then.
Though they both are different and it is on you to decide where your interest area lies.
