Software and IT companies are the main employers of these graduates. Diploma holders in computer engineering can start their own business with very little investment. Opportunities also exist in European manufacturing industries like cabling, satellite television, cellular telephones, microprocessor system design and software engineering. In Australia and other foreign countries they might be employed in design, manufacturing, robotics and software development sectors.
