All options suggested by you are similar. It all depends on what you want to do after law graduation. If you are targeting to be a criminal or civil lawyer BA LLB is a preferred choice. If you want to be a corporate lawyer then BBA LLB is recommended option. If you are planning to tax consulting layer then BCom LLB is the recommended option. If you want to work only in IT company as lawyer then you may go for BCA LLB option.
