    Hello there.

Both the B.Sc in Design (Fashion) and the B.Des in Fashion programs at LPU provide students with distinct options, and the choice is based on the individual's career objectives and interests. The B.Sc. in Design (design) program focuses on the technical components of design, such as garment fabrication, fabrics, fashion illustration, and CAD. This course is perfect for students who wish to get practical experience and a thorough grasp of the fashion production process. It takes a hands-on approach to teaching students the subtleties of designing and producing clothes, fabrics, and other fashion-related items.

B.Sc in Design (Fashion) and Fashion B.Des in Lovely Professional University (LPU) are both good options but when it comes to design creativity and innovation, B.Des in Fashion is the one. It puts B.Des in-depth thinking towards creative thinking, basics of design, fashion communication, pattern making, garment construction, trend forecasting, and portfolio building to highly advantage the competitive fashion industry. Hi,

B.Sc. in Design (Fashion) focuses more on the technical aspects of fashion, such as fabric science, garment construction, and textile technology. It prepares you for roles in fashion merchandising, garment production, and technical design.

On the other hand, B.Design in Fashion emphasizes creative design, fashion illustration, and conceptualization of collections. It's ideal for those interested in fashion aesthetics, trend forecasting, and brand development.

If you want a technical, industry-driven career, B.Sc. in Design (Fashion) is the better choice. For a more creative, artistic path, B.Design in Fashion would suit you better. Bo

Both a B.Sc in Design (Fashion) and a B.Design in Fashion from LPU are great options, but again, it depends on the career goals. B.Design in Fashion is more about the advanced techniques of design, creative thinking, and hands-on skills, which will prepare the student for leadership roles in the fashion industry. This includes topics like fashion illustration, garment construction, and fashion styling. On the other hand, a B.Sc in Design (Fashion) integrates design with technology and science, which provides a broader foundation. If you are inclined towards a more technical or scientific approach to fashion, a B.Sc is ideal. Both progr

    hello reader

Both  in Design (Fashion) and B.Design in Fashion are excellent options at LPU. However, I'd recommend B.Design in Fashion for several reasons:

    1. Comprehensive Curriculum

    • B.Design in Fashion offers a more comprehensive curriculum that covers both theoretical and practical aspects of fashion design.
    • The program includes courses on fashion illustration, textile science, pattern making, and fashion merchandising.

    2. Industry Recognition

    • B.Design in Fashion is a more recognized and respected degree in the fashion industry.
    • The program is designed to meet the industry's requirements, making graduates more employable.

    Dear Nancy,
Both B.Sc in design(fashion) or B design in fashion is a good course to pursue. Being alumni of LPU, I recommend LPU for these programmes.
My elder sister has done her B.Design Fashion from Lovely Professional University and today she is successfully running her own Brand, she was also the part of internship projects with leading Fashion stylists. Also, her designs are appreciated not just in India but even abroad. She always keeps on appraising LPU for different platforms provided by them.
I will be sharing a few major highlights of the Fashion Design course based upon her experience.

There have been numerous universities that offer fashion designing courses, but it is always important to understand, which University offers all-around development for the students to uplift their career in the future. I could help one explore the above pre-requisites by identifying a University, one of the largest in North India i.e. lovely Professional University To excel in this kind, of course, one must have a good eye for color and shape. LPU does provide scholarships, and to be honest, that's one of the positive aspects of the university. Many students end up receiving some kind of fee assistance because they have a variety of scholarship alternatives depending on LPUNEST performance, academic background, sports, cultural accomplishments, and even unique categories. Many of my classmates received scholarships at the time of entry, and some went on to receive performance-based incentives in the future. In general, LPU seeks to increase access to high-quality education by rewarding students who demonstrate academic or other aptitude.

The recruiting list at Lovely Professional University is genuinely quite robust and continues to expand annually. The campus is frequently visited by major tech companies including Microsoft, Amazon, Google, IBM, Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, TCS, Infosys, and Wipro. Companies like Deloitte, KPMG, Bosch, and HDFC Bank hire from LPU in addition to IT behemoths. The best thing is that placements at LPU feel very inclusive and realistic for students because possibilities aren't restricted to just one field; engineering, management, analytics, design, and more all receive respectable exposure.
