Which course is better to opt for from LPU: B.Sc in design(fashion) or B design in fashion?

My elder sister has done Fashion Designing from LPU itself so there are certain key highlights.Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST or UCEED. For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium. <p>Hi Everyone!</p><p>Fashion UG programmes have been designed primarily to suit the needs of the students who aspire to be the future designers, merchandisers and entrepreneurs. B.SC in Design (fashion) and B.Design (fashion) are equally good but in B.Design (fashion), the students are provided with an opportunity to showcase their design collection through an Annual Graduating Fashion show. As B.Design fashion is a 4-years programme, so definitely exposure will be more. In the last year of B.Design (fashion), students participate in fashion shows. If you want to go in the fashion industry, B.Design will be good for you.</p><p><span lang="en">Des is more of a professional course with practical &amp; drafting skills with more job opportunities &amp; scope whereas B.sc in interior designing is an academic degree with more of theoretical study. If you are creative then you should opt for B. des degree</span>.<span lang="en">Bsc is better if you want to go in teaching line</span>.</p><p>Both programs are highly valuable, but your choice should align with your career goals and personal interests.
