In the US, you must go for MBA rather than M.Tech. You will get better opportunities. However, if you want to do both then go for M.Tech first.
    Good luck.

From my opinion, nation and foreign studies depend upon one's interest. ME and MBA are different from each other and other career fields. Firstly, think upon your interest and tell what have you completed in your graduation.

Both the courses are good. Comparing courses is not possible and talking about which is better you have to first understand in which field you want to make your career, it's in management or technical. As you will perform well in that field which you like more.

This would depend on your interest areas, and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Technical / research / academics area, then M.Tech/ MS is better. However, if you want to move into general management the MBA is better. Salary is a function of many factors. It is advisable to pursue a course of your interest area, as chances of greater success will be there in doing what you like to do than doing something that doesn't meet your aspirations.

Hi lokesh, it depends on your interest and your previous degree as ME has complete different specialisation and different scope in comparison to MBA. one is Engeenering field another is management.

MBA is totally a management degree. Without experience getting a managerial job is not easy. First you understand the abroad education. There is no ME or MTech. It is all MS OR MSc on one specialised field. Because of this specialisation you will become more employable in that specific industry.
