Which course should I opt for better future reference as I'm not interested in any teaching line? I have scored 74% in 12th PCB.

If you want to go in Medical field, then you should opt for Doctor or Pharmacy. After the degree of pharmacy (B. Pharmacy), you could run a Medical or become a Drug inspector etc. But, rather than asking others, search your preferred way. It would be better if you search on internet about Career after PCB 10+2.
