According to me, the department of cabin crew pay more than ground staff. Because there is so much risk of life of staff of cabin crew. We can know that so much mishappening is done in airplane like crash, hi jack etc.

Both are essential but cabin crews are paid higher because of the sacrifices that they have to do. Their job is actually harder since some flights can really be long and they have to be in service up in the air. Aside from that, they also have to relocate from time to time, be away from their families, and be able to adjust to irregular work hours since flight schedules are usually not the same every time. Oh, and they also have to undergo trainings and be at risk for crashes when they're up in the air. That's actually why.
