<p>Here are the following documents that must be kept ready before filling the NATA Application form:</p><p>- SSC or Class 10 Marks Report Card.<br>- Marks sheet for class 12th.<br>- Photo identification proof (college identity card, passport, driver's license, UID card, or class 12 admission card with signature and photo).<br>- A properly sized and formatted scanned photograph and signature (in JPEG or JPG format).<br>- Verification of Photo Identity; Debit/Credit Cards; and Online Banking Information.<br>- Caste certificate for SC/ST candidates.</p>
