Which documents do I need to submit while applying to Western University?

Prospective students of Western University can submit their application through OUAC, which is available on the university's website. While applying to the university, students are required to pay a sum of $150 = INR 12,488* and the documents listed below:
- Official transcripts from all universities or colleges attended;
- Grades from current year (if still studying);
- Official English language exam scores (IELTS/TOEFL/PTE/DET);
- Resume;
- Writing samples;
- Thesis statement;
- Letter (s) of recommendation/References; and
- Proof of citizenship.
