<p>Candidates need to upload scanned copy of a passport-sized photograph, signature and thumb impression. In case a candidate belongs to reserved category, they will have to upload their category certificate as a proof of their category. The documents have to be uploaded online while filling the NEET MDS 2025 application in the requisite size/dimension and format. Candidates may also have to upload documents related to the internship details as well.&nbsp;</p>
