The documents that should be submitted along with application form are: 1) 10 & 12 mark sheet 2) 10 & 12 certificate 3) Graduation split mark sheet and certificate 4) CAT score card You need to pay through DD for the application form. 10th,12th and graduation mark sheet, CAT score card, if your Army candidate then the mentioned certificate from respective authority.
