Which education board is better between CBSE and NIOS? What are the advantages and disadvantages in both for science stream?

Dear,
Through CBSE regular school, you will get knowledge and get to know about the practical approach, especially for physics and chemistry subjects. Also the interaction with the teachers for solving your doubts. These all will be missing in the NIOS board.
Therefore, choose the right board.
