    It is difficult to say about a particular branch as each and every branch has a great future scope and demand as every branch has its own importance and applications in our daily routine. So, you not get biased to any branch. You only have to understand your interest and passion that in which field you can become successful with the help of your hard work. In India, there are various job opportunities for both of these branches in public sector.     Mechanical engineering yields some similarities, the biggest difference between the two careers is what professionals in the field engineer. A civil engineer helps design and create buildings, infrastructure, and other large-scale structural projects. The professional life is much, much different between the two.     Rishabh seeing the trend I feel you can have them in the order Mech., Civil, Electrical. Mech.and Civil also open up many avenues for you abroad because of their great demand abroad.
    Going for the degree from a good college also makes a difference. If you end up getting placement from the institution, it is like a cherry on top of a cake.
    There are many universities that have made a mark for themselves due to their placements.

    Scope of branch is higher in comparison to electrical engineering. Mechanical Engineering is a evergreen branch of engineering. Scope of branch is higher in comparison to electrical engineering. Civil is evergreen branch of engineering having good potential for jobs and also with little capital one can start own business. Mechanical branch is good too and engineers are required in the manufacturing sector and also in civil projects to the extent of equipment usage, their upkeep and management.
