It is totally a matter of interest and choice. In CSE, you will learn about computer programming and languages. In ECE, you will learn about electrical instrument, working and construction of the electrical circuit and machines. Therefore, it is your call.

Hi, It totally depends on your interest everyone has their own perspective to this question, no one can give you a satisfactory answer. I can say this because it has happened with me. You have to find your own field of interest. Hope it helps.

Placements of CSE are generally better than CSE, when it comes to mass recruitment, but you should take the branch which you like as it enhances your growth by increasing your skills as you are eager to know about it more.

CSE will be better in terms of placements and career opportunities. ECE is quite comparable, but is not much important. All the high range salaries that students get are mostly from CSE.

It's completely up to your interest and decision. If you are good at coding and memorizing then CS is good for you but if you are really into diagrams, connecting wires, experimenting new things practically then go for EC. Both are very good streams at this point of time. Most of the companies come for placements for both the branches. Now, it all depends on your interest. Mechanical, Civil and Electrical are evergreen branches.
