Hi Abhi. Designing is a large field in itself. A designer can be a fashion designer, a graphic designer, a textile designer, an interior designer and many more. And different universities specializes in different designing field. So it will be better if you decide first exactly what kind of designer you want to be according to your preference. And then decide about the universities accordingly.
