Which field should I opt for a job now to get a better work experience? My goal is to be a financial analyst after MBA.

I completed my B.Com and am interested in getting some work experience to gain practical knowledge.

You can work for KPO's or financial management firms open for internships. To be a financial analyst its critical to have an eye for details in a company's working and understanding the different solutions possible to a problem.

I would suggest after your B.Com you go for MBA in financial Management from a good college ideally tier-1. You will find your own way from there.
